Processing  Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website and social media channels.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Henry & Oscar Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Shipping Availability

At this time, we only ship to states where Henry & Oscar Co. products are registered and approved for sale. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to state regulations, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
