Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of any opened food products for the safety of all pets.
Unopened Products
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 12800 Mojave Dr Fishers, IN 46037.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at henryandoscarco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
